Hey Actifit frens! Another epic day in the life of me has come to a conclusion and I’m ready to post my active fit report. Today I knocked out over 10,000 steps again on the day by taking my awesome dog for a walk at lunchtime during work. Then after work today, I went and did a 30 minute elliptical challenge that was really difficult with cross training involved and a extremely high RPM rate on the running part at the beginning. Hope y’all had a epic and wonderful day out there as well and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
