Hey Actifit frens! Had an excellent but also an extremely long day today knocking out over 13,000 steps mainly due to a high intensity elliptical challenge I did that was over 30 minutes long and also secondly running around soccer fields chasing my kids for their first day of soccer, hope y’all had a great day out there wherever you are in the world and hope you enjoy the daily meme
