Hey Actifit frens! I had a very epic day today and knocked out over 12,000 steps on the day by being a super rockstar and taking care of my kids all day and at the same time also jumping on the elliptical knocking out a 30 minute long workout session and doing some upper body workout stuff as well today so all in all great day I’m epic and I hope you enjoy the even more epic daily meme.
