Hey Actifit frens! I had an extremely long day very arduous day however it is over. I knocked out over 11,000 steps on the day which is pretty good for me by doing an elliptical challenge and a very short walk with my dog because it was freezing cold outside hope y’all had a great day and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
