Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today knocking out over 11,000 steps on the day by doing a high intensity uphill elliptical challenge after work and by taking my dog for a freezing cold walk outside today and 40 mile an hour winds and below freezing temperatures so all all good day of exercise but very very cold day. Hope y’all had a great day out there and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
