Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely productive day today knocking out over 11,000 steps on the day mostly by doing a 28 minute elliptical challenge this evening and by taking my dog for a walk at lunch today during work all in all just a very busy day very productive day. Hope y’all had a good one out there as well and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
