Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy day today but still managed to knock out over 10,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a nice walk at lunch in the freezing cold with high winds. Then after work today, I got on the elliptical and did a 30 minute high intensity elliptical challenge did about 80 push-ups and some sit ups. Hope you enjoy the daily meme!
