Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely wonderful day today. Spent my lunch break today moving a bunch of furniture in my new house so they could start the framing process. After work today, I got on the elliptical and did a 40 minute long walking challenge because it’s my easy day so just a simple easy walking challenge however I did knock out over 13,000 steps on the day so very active and productive day.
