Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely long day today. Hope y’all did out there as well and had a great Friday today. I knocked out over 10,000 steps on the day by going for a nice long walk at lunch with my dog then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical and did a 30 something minute on easy walking challenge because today is my day off.
