Hey Actifit frens! Had an extremely long and extremely busy bait day today knocking out over 12,000 steps on the day by going for a long walk with my dog at about 9:30 in the morning and then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical and did a high intensity elliptical challenge did a bunch of situps push-ups curls, and other things.
