Beelu Berry Chaudhury experience the torture and necessary lies from an unidentified thug claiming to be a lawful appointed county court bailiff.
There is clearly no sealed warrant, issued by the court. Nor any legitimate proceedings, under which such instrument could have been issued.
And even if there was such an instrument, it does not allow for forced entry. Nor is there any law, under which the police can assist a bailiff, even if there was one on duty, as established in the recent case of R V Robert (Bob) White.
Following the repeated proof that there was no
appointed bailiff, no warrant, and no law allowing eviction, the constables proceeded to fake an arrest, held the victim in the police cell, then release her without charge, as soon as
the house was illegally sealed up by unknown bailiff.
Unsurprisingly, the victim experienced heart palpitations and ended up in the hospital.
