This man turns up as an alleged lawfully appointed Bailiff, to execute a warrant, to put a vulnerable family with two young kind onto the street. Only trouble is, he cannot identify himself, not produce any other authority, yet claims that he will "RETURN WITH POLICE".
He came here before, on March 26th 2025, awith the same intentions, and then said he can't give his name due to DATA PROTECTION ACT.
It goes without saying, that anyone acting under an authority, must provide their name and verify their authority.
Enfield Council have no record on any eviction proceedings and a safeguarding notice has been filed with them, who in turn informed us in writing, to notify the police.
