Big gardening day today. Planted potatoes and made sure to trim the trees for Autumn.
Pototoes can be dug into the Earth, and require little in the way of finesse. They take several months and need to be buried in stages as they grow. This photo shows a hole before I added a piece of a potato with its eye facing skyward. You only need a piece of pototo with an eye, and you can let some potatoes mature.
Played some basketball in the morning. It was more focusing on my three pointers. As I age, I am focusing more on precision shots.
In terms of thriving in life, I focused on preparing for the Autumn crop planting. Pototoes and eggplants are on the menu, and we get a full 4 planting seasons annually here.
Make sure to plant and eat well. No matter where you live, you can plant and grow your own organic and natural foods. Make sure to plant some flowers to attract polinators. We have bees, dragonflies and beetles to do that work here.
