This is my today's actifit report card. I able to reach 10k points. Due to severe cold for more than 2 days, my health has worsened. Going to office was very important today, so went to the office with medicines. A friend of mine named an oil for applying to the head, named Rogan Almond Shireen. The oil is made of 100% pure almond oil. While coming home from office, I bought that oil from Baba Ramdev Ji's Patanjali camp. On coming home, she put her nose in the ear and two drops a little for a while. After 1 hour, I feel better than before, and slowly my head ache was reducing.
