This is my today's actifit report card. I able to reach 5k points. Nowadays hair breakage and fall is becoming a problem for everyone. Right now I am not able to devote time to my beauty parlor. Today I made an Ayurvedic shampoo for my hair, in which I made a paste by grinding coconut oil, aloe vera leaves, curd, lemon, reetha and amla powder. By applying this paste on the hair, there is no need to apply conditioner. Hair remains black, shiny and very soft.
