Hello again, and welcome to my blog. So, today I had to travel back home for a special occasion that'll be held in church this coming Sunday. It's a music competition between the branches in the Rivers State Zone II of my church. I woke up this morning and prepared to start my journey so I could get home on time. The journey was going to take at least 5 hours, so I had to make sure I try to meet up with time.
I left Bayelsa State at about 10am and I arrived at my home in Rivers State at about a few minutes past 4pm. It was a less stressful journey, but it rained heavily when we got to Port Harcourt in Rivers State. In fact I had to enter under the rain to complete the last part of my journey because it was already getting late.
Finally I got home, met my siblings, prayed and thanked God for journey mercies, had a shower, and then I finally had lunch. At night I went to a nearby place to charge my phone so I could make this post and also sustain my phone till the following day.
Today was a very successful one.
