Sajane shak and the Red shak both is my favourite recipe. Today I have managed to cook both items in home. But there are some difference in nutrition among the meals. The first one is more nutritious. But it is not so tasty. Sometimes it makes you feel not to eat too much. But I loved the second one. It is soft and so lovely. Both the items has vitamins, minerals and small amount of proteins which is beneficial to health and makes one healthy. We should try to keep vegetable items in out food menu.
