Please someone tell me what is the ruling in Islam regarding taking children and girls to the mosque. Because I am confused by the rules and regulations of the mosques in our country. I have seen in several countries of the world that children go to the mosque with their parents, play in the mosque, and even adult girls have a place to pray in the mosque, but our Bangladesh is a city of mosques, there is no place for girls here except for a few mosques.
There is no hygienic fresh room for women in this country, there is no way to freshen up on the streets, or by being forced to go to the mosque because the mosque is a forbidden place for women! I remember when I was a child, I used to cry to go to the mosque with my father, but I was not allowed to go because I was just a girl, and a few days ago I heard that a mosque committee made a rule saying that children were naughty and that children cannot be brought during prayer time, so how will these children grow up with prayers?
We grow up by watching what our parents do? I don't know why there is this rule in Bangladesh regarding children and women entering the mosque? Is this in Islam? Or like Kazi Nazrul Islam, "There is no God in the mosques and temples, no human demands, the mullahs and the priests have put the keys to all their doors." Will we still be in the same situation and confusion after a hundred years?
