Running around Nature|| My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2026

Greetings my friends

Happy Monday, athletes and healthy-lifestyle enthusiasts! We’re keeping active with this app, ACTIFIT, for our physical and mental well-being.

Yesterday and today I went for walks in a super pleasant environment where you can find many animals and plants with beautiful flowers, plus a clear sky. I like to exercise at this time, around 6:00 pm, because you can appreciate the sunset with its beautiful hues.

It's common here in my small town to see it every day and feel connected to nature.

The weather has been incredibly hot, so I'm bringing my water bottle. Besides, the water shortage continues, as I still haven't seen any solutions from the government regarding the dam and piped water.

We have to be patient and hope it's resolved quickly, and also stay calm so we don't reach extremes that only harm our health. Walking is one of my therapies; it helps me release all my worries and find peace. I hope May brings me more joy than complaints.

Ayer y hoy di mis caminatas, por un ambiente súper agradable donde puedes encontrarte con muchos animales y plantas con hermosas flores, además de un cielo despejado, me gusta ejercitarme a esta hora de 6:00 pm porque puedes apreciar el atardecer, con hermosas tonalidades, es común aquí en mi pequeña ciudad, verlo todos los días, y sentirte en conección con la naturaleza. El clima ha estado súper caluroso, así que me llevo mi botella de agua. Además que sigue en problemas hídrica, pues aún no veo soluciones de la represa por parte del gobierno y poder tener agua por tubería, hay que llenarse de paciencia y rogar que sea rápido, además de mantenerse tranquilo para no llegar hasta lo extremos que lo que hace es perjudicar nuestra salud. El caminar es una de mis terapias, en dónde libero todas esa preocupaciones permitiendo mi tranquilidad. Espero que el mes de Mayo me traiga más alegrías que quejas.
