“All failure is the failure to adapt; all success is successful adaptation.”

Whenever I choose to learn something new it is beautiful then let’s get to putting it to practice then that is a whole nother ball game.
In learning to use the manual sewing machine I encountered loads of fail before I finally got the drift and it was awesome.
When an individual can grasp a thing taught it doesn’t make what he/she has learnt more remarkable than one who took a while.
For me, the one who failed severally before getting the knowledge of a thing- He or she has learnt such a thing perfectly as he /she discovers better and new ways of perfectly using that instrument or thing. He/she appreciates the knowledge gotten more with additional excitement.
I have been using this industrial sewing machine for 3years now and discovered the use of the lever underneath the sewing machine in raising the footer today🙈 as seen in the diagram and have been overusing this handle behind (it has seen hell, that a fabric had to be used to make it firmer).
Now the dilemma isn’t really in the discovery but in the change from the switch I have been used to for years to this new interesting and easier method of raising the footer of the sewing machine.
It had not yet registered. I had to make the mistake of using the overused lever over and over as well as consciously making the change register.
Asides from my newfound discovery which was exciting by the way; I tutored, sewed, had a quiet time in church, visited a friend and presently losing my hair tiredly😪.
I had an awesome day and am grateful to announce that I am alive and thriving.
