Day two of the SAVERS challenge and experiment to decipher it's efficacy🤌 of it's content.
It was a struggle to get out of bed today. My body ached and pleaded for more sleep. Ignored it, you know💪
So far, BENEFITS: loving the glow the workout sessions are doing to my skin.
- How active and less tired I feel through the day.
- More goal-oriented.
- Achieving most of my daily goals and finding ways to fit in the rest of my goals by removing/restraining distractions/weaknesses in my life.
My distractions: •watching movies🤦🏽♀️
• spending overtime tutoring
• staying too long on the phone learning at the wrong time (beautiful habits at the wrong time).
Made short videos on the pathway.
The mini forest has a little tent.
