I had a week and some. I felt so bad that it's been a month since I had intentionally worked out by jogging or doing some aerobics aside from walking.
I pushed myself today being Saturday to work out no matter what comes up.
Trust me when I say things did come up but I handled those things gracefully and left the house an hour later than I planned by 7:45 am.
Mighty grateful and elated I went out and jogged plus I went to the gym to do some aerobics. BONUS. My joints and body aches after 20 hours say ‘Welcome back!’.
The beauty about life is that we can try again, get up again, make a move and take a new step. I am grateful for these opportunities and many more. Mighty honoured I can share this with you.
