Venturing off the beaten path is what adventure is all about. An adventure begins in the heart.
Why is that?
Because an adventure is all about heading out into the unknown. It’s about going places you have never been and maybe even doing things you have never done! It’s about being willing to try a new path. Explore a new possibility... without the promise of anything other than the adventure in return!
It’s called an adventure because you put one foot in front of the other and you don’t know how it’s all going to end. Once you leave the treadmill behind... and the trail pulls you along.
It’s not like you can just get off at the nearest bus stop. Point A to point B on foot just isn’t like that... especially when you make the decision to go off the beaten path. You know... that worn rut of a road where everyone else wore their own way into the earth?
So there you are... Your treading your way along and what’s this!? Someone else has gone this way... and left behind a curious treasure!
It’s something unexpected and neat! Something that prompts you to wonder,
“Why and how did you get here!? Your so far from home and so out of place!”
