Today getting up early to achieve an #AutomaticWin was easy! It was as if I was on autopilot. Now that this is my routine getting 10,000 steps in before 10am has become a part of starting my day on the right foot! Feels pretty darn good!
Immediately upon returning from my long walk I had a hot shower and went to the next part of my New Years fitness routine. The #miniChallenge followed by 15 min. of stretching!
So whatās a #miniChallenge?!
Ok! Letās get into that!
Over the last decade I have guided countless clients through a 12 week body transformation thatās called The Beach Ready Challenge.
The Challenge began with a general health consultation, a physical readiness questioner (PAC), a comprehensive body metric and fitness performance test, and before photos to mark the beginning of the challenge.
After that I would put together a custom workout plan and depending on the training package I would train the client in the gym 1, 2, or 3 days a week for the following 12 weeks!
After the 12 weeks were up we would reassess the clients improvements with another fitness assessment and we would also take professional after photos of their challenge results! (Some of my next posts will actually be before and after pictures and testimonials so make sure your watching for those when they come out!)
The results were, 80% of the time, AMAZING and I canāt wait to show you all!
So what has this got to do with launching another new fitness initiative? (Thatās right! Thatās what we are doing here! š) And what is this #miniChallenge anyways?
Let me explain!
The Beach Ready Challenge was a fitness challenge where people would test their metal to see what they could change in 12 short weeks!
I just loved helping people get those sorts of results! But there was only one problem... after doing this for 10 years I found that only about 1% of the population was ready for a body transformation challenge like this.
The solution? The #miniChallenge!
The #miniChallenge isnāt about what you can achieve in 12 weeks (and donāt get me wrong! Thatās life changing!!!) itās about what you can do in 5, 10, or 15min!
Selecting only 3 exercise suited to your fitness level see how many times you can cycle through them!
Hereās an example of the #miniChallenge I did today:
#miniChallenge [15min]
⢠Squats [Body Weight] - 12R/12R/12R/12R
⢠Push-ups [Basic] - 12R/12R/12R/12R
⢠Push-up Plank [Static] - 30S/30S/30S/30S
- Extra Exercise - Crunches - 20R
R = Repetitions
S = Seconds
There you go! Thatās what I was able to achieve in 15 short minutes!
So what do you think you can do in 5, 10, or 15 minutes?
Follow the #miniChallenge format above and tell me all about it using the #miniChallenge hashtag!
Iām excited to hear your stories and see your accomplishments!
Stay fit everybody! š
