Extremely pleased and looking forward to 120kg in which I'll then run out of plates.
I have weak knees and squats have helped me to strengthen the muscles so I place less pressure on my knees. A lot of the struggle to get to my PB has been a mental block that I can't push beyond body weight because of my knees.
Keep pushing the boundaries!!!
