Still in teaching mode: July 19 2023

Still in teaching mode. Today I have dedicated the day to preparing support material for my students.

With that and a short walk to the grocery store it has been enough to move me and not be completely sedentary. Hope you guys had a great day adding lots of Hive account@actifit steps. Thanks for stopping by and remember to be happy.
