Got up @ 5:30 am, took my morning stroll amongst the trees π³ π³π³π³ , hoofed it to the tax man joint, dealt with tax stuff, trekked on to city hall, waited and got official papers, had a cafe break, continued on to the make copies and buy envelopes place, then the post office to hand over money to the gubment guys, thatβs a thing in this country, and mail a thing, then the gym. A got in 10,000 steps just in the morning!πββοΈπ¦ And traded cryptos in between everything. π
And an awesome week of fitness and training.
Averaged 16,000 steps/day the past week π
Added leg training back into my routine, now that Iβve gotten used to more walking. And experimented more with antagonist muscle combos, all three gym days this week.
Already posted about Monday and Wednesday workouts. Today was an overall for good measure 2 or 3 sets each of back to back bench presses/pull-ups with 1 minute rests between, shrugs/overhead presses, 1 minute rests, side shoulder raises/forearm raises, 1 minute rests. And outa there for a cool down stroll through the park.
Topped off the day with a starry stroll in the evening. π
