Hi fine friend, doing well? Gear up for the weekend!
Was aiming to get down to 80kg by the end of the month, but managed to nail it this week, woo hoo! ššŖš»š
Hit 86kg around mid March and decided to get back to a better ratio. Iām 180cm so 80kg is a more comfortable weight for me, though Iām a bit slim framed naturally and Iām thinking of keeping the pace and chugging on down to 78 in the coming few weeks.
I also lost the weight while increasing strength by hitting the gym regularly. So no muscle loss, but actual muscle gain.
How did I celebrate, you ask? Why, a plate of pasta, of course! š
Did hit the gym today- just straight simple push/pull routine of rows, pull downs, and bench presses. šŖš»š¦
Struggled to get the steps up to snuff, but squeezed them in between the rains.
