My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2020

Today was a very hot day. I went to for swimming in a secluded small beach at limanakia of Athens. I Descened a whole rocky mountain to go there but it was really worth it. The water was crystal clear and there were very few people.
I left at 6 o clock and the sun was still burning. As a result I worked up a sweat while I was climbing the mountain in order to go to my car.
When I went back home I was exausted but I had to walk my dog so I walked 1 more hour. Then I had a shower and fall asleep for 2 hours.
