I'm staying relatively local this week and crossing the water to Scotland, where Belle and Sebastian are an indie band hail from. They formed in Glasgow way back in 1996. These guys have a great back catalogue and Stuart Murdoch and co the band have written and recorded ten studio albums. I've always liked their sound and the song Funny Little Frog jumped into my head recently, so here we are!

Belle and Sebastian - Funny Little Frog
This one is from 2006 album The Life Pursuit. I've always liked the melody of this one and if you don't know these guys, this is a good introduction album.
My wife loves this song as well, and we made CDs as favours for our weddings with 18 tracks and this song made the list.
Belle and Sebastian - The Blues are still Blue
Another one from the The Life Pursuit album. This album was a commercial success for the band and it reached number 8 in the UK charts and even got into the top 70 in America. This was of course back when the art of the album was still alive.
Belle and Sebastian - Fox in the Snow
The song starts at 5:45 and comes from their 1996 album If You're Feeling Sinister arguably the bands best album. I still haven't seen them live, but they are on my list.
