Today is the International Music Day, friends! Our music community is the right place to write about it! Congratulations to all musicians, both professional and amateurs, all music fans and those who idolize, adore, love music with all your heart and soul.
Music is a magic world and it is difficult to imagine human life without it. Music immerses a person into different dimension, into a separate reality, takes us to another universe.
I remember that when I was 15 years old I first heard the album of Queen from 1975 A Night at the Opera. I was lying on the bed in my room, shocked, stunned, merged into the whole thing with the great music. In those days, I listened to music only at full volume. For an adult who is not interested in music, it was not just loud, the music was screaming. But for me it was space.
In fact, I wasn't even in the room, only my body was there, and my soul was somewhere with Queen, in the same information and energy field with them. I dissolved, and my selfhood disappeared, I was music itself.
And then suddenly mom came home from work, and she immediately said irritably from the doorway: ''Turn down this nightmare!'' And I plopped down on the Ground, hitting the surface of the everyday world hard and loudly.
Oh, music, as long as I live, you will always be a source of knowledge, inspiration and joy for me!
You have defined my life path, becoming a lighthouse to which I have always aspired with all my heart. I play the bass guitar - for me it's both a calling and a job. I think I was lucky to combine these two components together.
Each of us, friends, finds something of our own in music: motivation and meaning, and it's so cool. I wish everyone to float on the waves of your favorite music, relaxing and meditating, or vice versa, energizing for new achievements.
