Just a little idea for a downtempo beat I put together right now.
I recorded my friends from 
Recording binaural soundscapes in the studio for Wrong's album Liber AL vel Legis
This is still in idea stage but might become something one day.
What am I using?
for the melody, I'm using my Novation Bass Station II hardware synth. It's a fun little beast with lots of little knobs to play with. For this track I'm mostly playing with the frequency filter (big knob on the top right)
For the other synths, I'm using Native Instruments Kontakt with an instrument called Analog Dreams
And for percussion, mostly Battery 4 Kits:
