Greetings fellow musical Hivers 🤘
Hi there dear Hivean ^^ Today I'm back to share another 3 songs that I like in the Three Tune Tuesday on week 38 (running a bit late). I'm very happy today and I want to share with you the reason behind it.
I just got home now (it's 1:10 AM here) after a nice dinner at the clinic I work, with my fellow collegues. Today was a celebration because it was it's 10th year anniversary (note to self - I had 1 or a few glasses of wine so I might regret this tomorrow)!
I've been in this place for almost 4 years now and I have so much to be thankful for. During the hard times, when the COVID-19 pandemic started, I had a tough time in the company I worked for at the time. After putting an end to that relationship I had, this clinic where I work now didn't let me go! They believed in me and my potencial more than even myself 😊 I'm really very proud to be part of their professional health team ❤️
Anyway, let's get down to the point dear reader?
Three Tune Tuesday 🎸
For those of you who don't know, Three Tune Tuesday was created by and as he explains 👇
The jist is as follows
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning a prize.
With that being said, with this last of the minute and spontaneous post I'll mainly focus on talented individuals I acidentally discovered somewhere in the web 😁 To be clear about this theme I choose randomly, these are talented individuals that made me check their entire repertoire! I was hooked as I also hope you, dear reader, to be after listening to this 😍
My 3 song recommendation 😎
1 - Taimane - Ukelele player
This was the first video I saw of her, training with someone on the guitar the song Phantom of the Opera! Taimane is an artist that focus on the Ukulele. She has played since a young age (I think since 4 years old) and her goal is to show that this particular instrument is enough to do beautiful music. Her skills are just insane! If you're not amazed by this, I'm sorry but I don't know what's wrong with you 🤣
She's been on Tiny Desk Concerts and gives shows with her own compositions and also mashups of different songs together like one of my favorites were Taimane and Ramiro Marziani play a mashup of songs that includes Beethoven's 5th Symphony, Aerials by System of a Down, Kashmir by Led Zeppelin and Thunderstruck by ACDC.

2 - Harry Mack - Freestyle
Soooo, what to say about this? 😅 It's a long episode for sure, the first one I saw of him also, but I saw it till the end. And to be clear, Rap and Hip-Hop is not really my thing. As I've explained before, and being a genre surfer I can enjoy any kind of music, depending on my mood. But with this skill on improvisation, I don't need my mood to be set up to love this magic! 😍
My favourite part of this episode is when he mets that person with a guitar and he just throws them really hard words on the spot and even goes with the flow. Amazing, right?! Imagine going to your everyday walk in the park and just being hit by this 😲
3 - Raul Midon - State of Mind
To be honest I didn't discovered this by myself but was rather presented to me by my partner 😍 But it's just so good I wanted to share with everyone. The rhythm within his body it's really palpable!
Not long after I listened to this song, I noticed Raul Midon was comming to Portugal. I quickly bought us some tickets and we went see him live, somewhere around the end of 2019!
Let me tell you, dear reader, it is just mind blowing. He can play every note he makes on the guitar with his voice also. He is a really funny man and made the entire audience sing in his concert. We were part of the music! Talking about magic hein?
Final considerations 🙌
That's it for this week of Three Tune Tuesday! I really hope you were inspired by this amazing talented individuals as much as I did 😁
As I finish this post today (it's about 2:30 AM) I'm now sure I'll regret this tomorrow since I only have 5 hours left to sleep 🤣🤣 But for very good reasons and I couldn't be happier by coming here and just share more tunes 🤗
See ya next week 🤘
