Hello, Hive musicians. The bass is an indispensable instrument for any group or orchestra, also in my blog is always dedicated to know this instrument with post to know the greatest bass players and covers of many songs on bass; but in this second semester that begins this June opens a segment to talk about the rockstar of the group "The Guitarists" who are always, after the vocalist, the best known and followed by the public. That's why this segment will always be dedicated to the guitarists. A successful career in one of the most incredible Trash Metal bands, this band is Metallica and I am talking about one of the most followed and referenced guitarists in rock, he was also one of the students of the great "Joe Satriani" and was the one who replaced Dave Mustaing, "Kirk Lee Hammett", a guitarist who has been the idol of many and one of the best in the genre. He has also remained in the band for many years, so much so that Metallica would not feel the same without his participation in it.

El bajo es un instrumento indispensable para cualquier grupo u orquesta, además dentro de mi blog está siempre dedicado a conocer este instrumento con post para conocer a los más grandes bajistas y covers de muchas canciones en el bajo; pero en este segundo semestre que empieza este mes de junio se abre un segmento para hablar del rockstar del grupo “Los Guitarristas” que siempre son, después del vocalista, los más conocidos y seguidos por el público. Es por esto que se este segmento estará siempre dedicado a los guitarristas. Una carrera exitosa en una de las bandas más increíbles del Trash Metal, esta banda es Metallica y hablo de uno de los guitarristas más seguidos y referidos del rock, además fue uno de los estudiantes del gran “Joe Satriani” y fue quien sustituyó a Dave Mustaing, “Kirk Lee Hammett”, un guitarrista que ha sido el ídolo de muchos y uno de los de mejor estilo en el género. Ademá ha permanecido en la banda por muchos años, tanto como para no sentir a Metallica igual sin su participación en ella.

"Kirk Lee Hammett is an American guitarist, born in California in 1962, just 13 years old Kirk became interested in playing the guitar, this is where he began a long musical career, since at that time he was convinced that this was his instrument and that music would be his passion. Kirt, dedicated many hours of study to his instrument and when he really felt in conditions to create a band, he formed Exodus; a trash metal band that sounded strongly in California and would be a crucial band in this genre. By the time Metallica was looking for a replacement for Dave Mustaing, the band invited him to participate in the recording of their first album and the other members liked him so much that he became the official guitarist of the band. Over the years Kirt took guitar lessons with the great Joe Satriani, who taught him a lot of techniques that would lead him to be the incredible guitarist he is today.
“Kirk Lee Hammett” es un guitarrista norteamericano, nacido en california en 1962, apenas con 13 años de edad Kirk, se interesó por tocar la guitarra, es acá donde empieza una larga carrera musical, ya que en ese entonces estaba convencido de que este era su instrumento y que la música seria su pasión. Kirt, dedicó muchas horas de estudio a su instrumento y cuando se sintió realmente en condiciones para crear una banda, formó a Éxodus; una banda de trash metal que sonó fuertemente en california y sería una banda crucial en este género. Para cuando Metallica estaba en búsqueda de un sustituto para Dave Mustaing, la banda lo invita para que participe en la grabación de su primer disco y tanto fue el agrado de los demás integrantes, que se convirtió en el guitarrista oficial de la banda. Con los años Kirt, tomó clases de guitarra con el gran Joe Satriani, quien le enseñó una gran cantidad de técnicas que lo llevarían a ser el increíble guitarrista que es hoy.

Just knowing that Joe Satriani was Kirt's teacher, it is clear that on a technical level, he is a true master. The solos he performs, the cleanness of his playing, his harmonic and melodic ability, as well as his ability to handle various styles, is what makes this guitarist an incredible musician.
Solo con saber que Joe Satriani fue el maestro de Kirt, está claro que a nivel técnico, es un verdadero maestro. Los solos que realiza, la limpieza en ejecución, la capacidad armónica y melódica, además de manejar varios estilos, es lo que hace a este guitarrista un increíble músico.
