Hello my dear friends! I hope you are very well, it is not a secret that in previous years I could not stand KPOP music, since apart from the fact that it was difficult for me to pronounce it, it seemed unbearable to me, however, recently that changed since at the beginning of this year it entered me Curiosity and I began to explore the genre and boy was I wrong since I have discovered very good music from girlbands that I had not encouraged to know before, my 2 favorite bands which I will share below: BLACKPINK and TWICE.
¡Hola mis queridos amigos! Espero estén muy bien, no es un secreto que en años anteriores no soportaba la música KPOP, ya que aparte de que se me dificultaba la pronunciación, me parecía insoportable, sin embargo, hace poco eso cambió ya que a principios de este año me entró curiosidad y empecé a explorar el género y vaya que estaba equivocada ya que he descubierto música muy buena de girlbands que antes no me había animado a conocer entre ellas, mis 2 bandas favoritas las cuales les compartiré a continuación: BLACKPINK y TWICE.

This tremendous girlband is made up of 9 members who are great singers and dancers and have quite catchy songs that I liked a lot from the first moment. I was encouraged to listen to them thanks to the fact that a very good friend from Colombia recommended them to me (in fact, she recommended others like Bol4 and Red Velvet, of which I also became a fan and I will talk about them later) and I am really very happy with the recommendation. According to what I found out about them, they have been active since 2015 and so far their discography consists of six studio albums, three compilation albums, four reissues, ten EPs and twenty-five singles and they belong to the company JYP Entertainment. There are people who say that BLACKPINK is superior to them but, in my opinion, this band makes them great competition since their career is a little longer and they are also very good dancers. My favorite songs which I will share with you below are the following: Moonlight Sunrise (who is totally in English), Fancy, Feel Special, I Can't Stop Me and What Is Love?
Esta tremenda girlband está conformada por 9 integrantes que son grandes cantantes y bailarinas y tienen canciones bastante pegajosas que me gustaron mucho desde el primer momento. Me animé a escucharlas gracias a que una muy buena amiga de Colombia me las recomendó (de hecho me recomendó otras como Bol4 y Red Velvet de las cuales también me hice fan y les hablaré de ellas más adelante) y de verdad estoy muy contenta con la recomendación. Según lo que investigué sobre ellas, están activas desde el año 2015 y hasta el momento su discografía se compone de seis álbumes de estudio, tres álbumes recopilatorios, cuatro reediciones, diez EPs y veinticinco sencillos y pertenecen a la empresa JYP Entertainment. Hay gente que dice que BLACKPINK son superiores a ellas pero, en mi opinión esta banda le hace gran competencia ya que su carrera es un poco mas extensa y también son muy buenas bailarinas. Mis canciones favoritas las cuales les compartiré a continuación son las siguientes: Moonlight Sunrise (la cual es totalmente en inglés), Fancy, Feel Special, I Can't Stop Me y What Is Love?

I do know them from before, but I only liked one song (How You Like That) and I hadn't encouraged myself to listen to others until now, and let me tell you that just like TWICE, they are extraordinary. The group is made up of 4 girls (which I love), they have been active since 2016 and so far their discography has five studio albums, three EPs and three singles on CD. I remember that the first time I heard the song was at the beginning of the quarantine when they were playing it on the radio and the rhythm infected me, so I downloaded it and listened to it almost always to learn it, and I remember when my mother and I Covid gave us, it was one of the songs I listened to the most to cheer me up and de-stress. When I decided to listen to more of his music I was really delighted with many more and that motivated me to buy the records so I'm happy that I was able to buy his 2 Korean albums recently called: The Allbum (in 2 editions) and "Born Pink" which I look forward to. My favorite songs are: Kill That Love, How You Like That, Boombayah, Pink Venom and The Happiest Girl which I will also share below:
A ellas si las conozco de antes, pero solamente me gustaba una canción (How You Like That) y no me había animado a escuchar otras hasta ahora, y dejenme decirles que así como TWICE, son extraordinarias. El grupo está conformado por 4 chicas (las cuales me encantan), están activas desde el 2016 y hasta el momento su discografía cuenta con cinco álbumes de estudio, tres EP y tres sencillos en CD. Recuerdo que la primera vez que escuché la canción fue al inicio de la cuarentena cuando la estaban pasando en la radio y se me contagió el ritmo por lo que la descargué y la escuchaba casi siempre para aprendermela, y recuerdo que cuando a mi mamá y a mi nos dió covid, era una de las canciones que más escuchaba para subirme el ánimo y desestresarme. Cuando decidí escuchar más de su música realmente quedé encantada con muchas más y eso me motivó a comprar los discos así que estoy feliz de haber podido comprarme hace muy poco sus 2 albums coreanos llamados: The Allbum (en 2 ediciones) y "Born Pink" los cuales espero con ansias. Mis canciones favoritas son: Kill That Love, How You Like That, Boombayah, Pink Venom y The Happiest Girl las cuales también se las compartiré a continuación:
What I like the most about these groups is that they also venture into other markets such as Japanese and I love that both girlbands have music in this language since the Korean versions are more difficult for me to pronounce, and just like I bought their 2 albums in Korean I can also collect and buy the missing blackpink albums in Japanese and I have also seen others from Twice, Red Velvet and Girl's Generation hahaha. It really is a nice experience discovering the world of K Pop.
Lo que más me gusta de estos grupos, es que también incursionan en otros mercados como por ejemplo el japonés y me encanta que ambas girlbands tengan música en este idioma ya que las versiones coreanas son más difíciles para mi en pronunciar, y así como compré sus 2 discos en coreano también puedo reunir y compro los discos que me faltan de blackpink en japonés y también tengo vistos otros de Twice, Red Velvet y Girl's Generation jajaja. Realmente es una bonita experiencia descubriendo el mundo del K Pop.
