Welcome to Three Tune Tuesday. A nice space in the Music community that was born from the idea of brother Hive account@ablaze, where all participants recommend music to each other. Yes, I like the duo Pimpinela 😅 for those who don't know them, it's a duo of Argentine brothers who have many hits between the 80's and 90's and of course is one of my mom's favorite groups. They are going to sing in Venezuela this weekend, and I was this 👌 away from buying tickets, since Sunday is Mother's Day and I wanted to give her this gift, she has never seen them live, but it turns out that at the same time of the concert at the CCCT Parking lot in Caracas I will also be at my own concert with the orchestra and choir 💔 At least I didn't spend the money in vain, I will give something valuable to my mom on her day, but for now I want to recommend you my three favorite songs of Pimpinela, and the ones I have been listening to these last weeks while I was getting ready to sing with her in that concert...

Un agradable espació en la comunidad Music que nació de la idea del hermano Hive account@ablaze, donde todos los participantes nos recomendamos música entre nosotros. Sí, me gusta el dúo Pimpinela 😅 para quienes no los conocen, es un dúo de hermanos argentinos que tienen muchísimos éxitos entre los 80's y los 90's y por supuesto es una de las agrupaciones favoritas de mi mamá. Van a cantar en Venezuela este fin de semana, y estuve a esto 👌 de comprar las entradas, ya que el Domingo es día de las madres y quería hacerle este regalo a ella, nunca los ha visto en vivo, pero resulta que a la misma hora del concierto en el Estacionamiento del CCCT en Caracas yo también estaré en mi propio concierto con la orquesta y el coro 💔 Por lo menos no gasté el dinero en vano, ya le obsequiaré algo valioso a mi mamá en su día, pero de momento les quiero recomendar mis tres canciones favoritas de Pimpinela, y las que he estado escuchando estas últimas semanas mientras me preparaba para cantar junto a ella en ese concierto...

1. Olvídame y Pega la Vuelta

This is the first song I knew of them, I think it is impossible for Latinos not to know this melody, it is very famous and popular and nowadays many artists cover it. It is very good, and lends itself to karaokes, covers and even many parodies, since the song has a lot of interaction between the vocalists. It is very funny and catchy. I leave you with this version at the Viña del Mar Festival, which was very good, while I still regret not being able to go see it live...

Esta es la primera canción que conocí de ellos, creo que es imposible para los latinos no conocer esta melodía, es muy famosa y popular y hoy en día la versionan muchos artistas. Es muy buena, y se presta para karaokes, covers y hasta muchas parodias, ya que la canción tiene mucha interacción entre los vocalistas. Es muy divertida y pegajosa. Les dejo esta versión en el Festival de Viña del Mar que estuvo muy buena, mientras me sigo lamentando de no poder ir a verlo en vivo...

2. Hay Amores Que Matan

With a beautiful Andean sound as its musical base, Hay Amores Que Matan is much stronger than the previous song. It is very energetic and its lyrics are powerful. This song gives title to the album that was played in my house over and over again, when I was only between 4 and 5 years old, I was discovering life and music through my mom and dad, impossible not to connect with these artists.... I've been thinking for a while what would happen if a concert of my choral group would be at the same time of a Shakira concert here in my country 🤔

Con un hermoso sonido andino de base musical, Hay Amores Que Matan tiene mucha más fuerza que la canción anterior. Es muy enérgica y su letra es poderosa. Esta canción da título al álbum que se escuchaba en mi casa una y otra vez, cuando yo solo tenía entre 4 y 5 años, estaba descubriendo la vida y la música a través de mi mamá y mi papá, imposible no conectar con estos artistas... Tengo rato pensando qué pasaría si un concierto de mi agrupación coral sería a la misma hora de un concierto de Shakira acá en mi país 🤔

3. El Amor No Se Puede Olvidar

I have already shared this video many times on Hive 😅 so excuse me for those who normally follow my content, but this is the third song I love by the duo Pimpinela and now its lyrics have much more meaning to me. My dad has been the greatest love I've ever lost, and I can affirm that love really can't be forgotten, just like the lyrics of this song say. It is another of this group's hits and has a Latin pop sound that I love, recommended for all those who want to listen to quiet music but with powerful messages.

Este video ya lo he compartido muchas veces en Hive 😅 así que me disculpan quienes normalmente siguen mi contenido, pero es la tercera canción que amo del dúo Pimpinela y ahora su letra tiene mucho más significado para mí. Mi papá ha sido el amor más grande que he perdido, y puedo afirmar que realmente el amor no se puede olvidar, tal como dice la letra de esta canción. Es otro de los éxitos de esta agrupación y tiene un sonido pop latino que amo, recomendable para todos los que quieren escuchar música tranquila pero con poderosos mensajes.

No, Shakira has not sung any Pimpinela song hahaha, but I want to leave one of the many versions of the first song of today's selection. It's Olvídame y Pega la Vuelta, by María José and Bryan Amadeus. It's crazy, the man sings sharper than the woman and can do the female parts very easily. It sounds like a parody, but it's not, it's a very interesting version with a very modern sound. I love that we young people love and appreciate the music of the past. I don't like when they deform music classics, but I think this particular version doesn't make fun of the original, it's just modernized, it's at the limit of the acceptable and I share it more as a curiosity than as a recommendation, I prefer you to keep the original 😅

No, Shakira no ha cantado ninguna canción de Pimpinela jajaja, pero quiero dejar una de las tantas versiones que hay de la primera canción de esta selección de hoy. Se trata de Olvídame y Pega la Vuelta, de María José y Bryan Amadeus. Es toda una locura, el hombre canta más agudo que la mujer y puede hacer las partes femeninas con mucha facilidad. Parece una parodia, pero no lo es, es una versión muy interesante con un sonido muy moderno. Amo que los jóvenes amemos y apreciemos la música del pasado. No me gusta cuando deforman clásicos de la música, pero creo que esta versión en particular no se burla de la original, solo está modernizada, está en el límite de lo aceptable y se las comparto más como curiosidad que como recomendación, prefiero que se queden con la original 😅
