Another year and another time to appreciate the tunes that are made in the world. I think the summer vibe is starting to hit me again, and it not more than suitable to have something on that feels like the sun it, as if we were all on the beach.
Frech Montana - Unforgettable
Actually this is the only song from French Montana that I actually know. Im actully scrolling over to find more song from this Maroccan singer and listening to it all, I am finding songs with Drake even but literally why is 'Unforgettable' then the only one that I actually know. A little bit of a darker vibe in there, it has something sad, but also on the way that you want to dance next to the bonfire.
We need more French Montana in this kind of vibe!
The Weekend - Feel my Face
I had to think about this song when I heard it in some remix on the new years party. This is literally one of this songs which is one that you play in the car when you are on the way with the girls towards somewhere to dance around a little bit. I have the 'Dont stop me now' from Queen for this moment when I am by myself. But when you are with more people and people are singing different voices here, it is almost time to get a table to dance on top on.
Actually I would love to go a 'The Weekend' show if it would be easy to get here to, but Im kind of scared by the amount of screaming girls that it would include haha.
Mark Ronson - Pressure
I remember a while back around the time when 'Valerie' by Amy Winehouse was starting to turn into something, that Mark Ronson was coming out with actually some really nice successes.
'Pressure' is one of these good vibed songs that just scream summer vibes all around and something with wine and bonfires and we need more trumpets. We just need more trumpets maybe. Should I quit playing piano and start paying the trumpet them? Will my neighbors hate me?
But coming back to that album where 'Pressure' is coming from called 'Version' this actually has some realy good ones on there. Starting with the instrumental version of 'God put a smile on my face' which is in the Coldplay version not all that fun, but with the trumpet version is awesome!
Mark Ronson - Inversion
Okay screw that, I am just going to continue with Mark Ronson songs and trumpets giving the summer vibe as if we all are in an outdoor jazz club and I would be able to dance on heals (that will never happen).
'Diversion' is also a song that enhances the album and would be perfect to play after 'Inversion'. Admittingly this is the first time that I have noticed that the 'Version' album has like 4 songs with something with version in there and these are all like the continuing thread through the whole album
Damn we need either snow or summer..I'm mentally ready
