I already brought some Bethel Music here before and I am here with another tune which you're gonna enjoy too. Bethel Music is always inspiring and spirit filled. They give you another view of who God is and what He's capable of doing, especially for those who haven't yet come to understand that He can do many things for us. The problem of most people is that they haven't yet realized that God is in the business of making ways for us because we are His creature, and as a result of this, He is responsible to take care, nurturing, feeding and looking after us.
Some songs will give you a glimpse of who He is, and surrendering all to Him at that moment while singing along to the lyrics of the songs, with your totality, will help you channel your mind to Him alone, thereby increasing your faith in God.
Music will make you change your negative thoughts into positive ones. There are songs of hope, faith, love, endurance etc that when you listen to them, you will have a good frame of mind and direct your focus to the right channel.
Without further ado, let's go right straight into the songs for this week.
The first is titled "Whatever your plan is" by Josie Buchanan.
While going through the comment section on YouTube, I read the story of someone when he was 15 years and had a dream of entering a particular university, after being rejected twice even after appealing. At that moment, it hurt so much because it was a big disappointment to him but he had to put his trust in God, knowing that God's plan for him is different.
The only best solution when we are faced with disappointment, hurt, shame etc when our plans are being thwarted is to understand that God's plan is always better than ours. We can only let Him take over and control things the way He'd wanted to do them. It would be the best decision for you at that moment when you start seeing blessings coming into your life.
The second tune is titled "Touch of Heaven" by David Funk
Wow! You need to listen to this song, especially in a quiet place; just you and God while you worship Him with all your whole heart. This song is the perfect one if you wanna worship God and let Him have His way with you. One thing I am always looking forward to when having my quiet time in the presence of God is cool Christian songs with deep lyrics leading you into the realm of the spirit.
By the time you are deep in songs like this, you won't know when you are connected to heaven and have the instinct that the doors of heaven are opened unto you while granting your request. I want to keep listening to these lyrics until I can be able to sing them well and connect to God.
The last for this week is titled "Holy Forever" by Jenn Johnson
It's another spirit filled song here. Adoring and eulogizing God in different ways will move Him to do what you want Him to do for you.
