The song entitled "Leaving on a Jet Plane" was created and popularized by John Denver. The song, which was released in 1966, is a single from the John Denver Sings album. This song was also sung again by Chantal Kreviazuk which later became the soundtrack for the popular feature film Armageddon.
The video above taken from my YouTube channel. On this video I cover "Leaving on A Jet Plane" on Smule karaoke Application. I used to listen to this song from my father. When I was a kid I've really impressed by his ability to sing many western song. It's still fresh in my memory, he could guess the tittle of the song while we were watching game show about music on TV. Even faster than the participants of those game.
The picture above is my father and me. He's the one who passes genetical ability both in English (Language) and music. For people that far away from the native of English speaker, my Daddy's ability to speak English is bloody excellent. Even though I have no a lot of time to study English from him. The legacy of genetical ability had helped me so much when I started to study English fifteen years ago. In fact, these all like a blood or genetical legacy.
My father said to me if my grandpa loves to listen to the western music and always plays many western music in the gramophone record at home. That's why no wonder my dad knows many western songs. Right now, he often ask me to accompany him singing with my guitar. Next I'm going to record the video sing a long with him. It's been a long time I didn't meet him. Hope it will be happen as soon as possible. I badly Miss him a lot as we live in different place for long time.
With Love,
