Hello music lovers and Hello hivers!
Some things just make me want to blast some proper punk over the speakers.
Seeing OG Hivians self voting themselves, delegating themselves thousands of community HP that should be used to vote posts in their community, sending thousands of Hive to their CEX wallets it's just part of a Great Hive swindle that plays out in front of us...
Time for some Sex Pistols.

It is Tuesday and that of course means that it's #ttt or #threetunetuesday and so it's time to share some tunes with you!

Long live #ttt ππΌ and #threetunetuesday
Where to start ~ this will be short and sweet
So today we have three tunes from the Sex Pistols
This morning Silly Thing popped up on my Spotify...
Some Sex Pistols were just what my mood warranted!
Tune 1 Liar ~ Sex Pistols
"Liar" was released as part of the Sex Pistols' only official studio album "Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols".
The album was released on October 28, 1977, and "Liar" was not released as a single.
To me they are the godfathers of Punk.
Tune 2 Silly Thing ~ Sex Pistols
Some of you might think this sounds more like the Buzzcocks than classic Sex Pistols and for me you would be right!
"Silly Thing" was released as a single on March 30, 1979 and was released to promote the film and soundtrack album The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle...
Silly Thing was written and recorded by guitarist Steve Jones and drummer Paul Cook after lead singer Johnny Rotten (John Lydon) had left the band in January 1978. I told you it was not classic Sex Pistols.
Bassist Sid Vicious died in February 1979 before the single's release.
Tune 3 No One Is Innocent ~ Sex Pistols
Of course I just had to keep with the robbery theme of the post, and what better way to include No One is Innocent!
No One Is Innocent was released as a single on June 30, 1978. It was recorded for the film The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle and appeared on the associated soundtrack album as well as the 1979 compilation album Flogging a Dead Horse.
This was after Johnny Rotten had left. No One Is Innocent featured notorious Great Train Robber Ronnie Biggs on lead vocals.
Steve Jones (guitar) and Paul Cook (drums) travelled to Brazil in early 1978 to record with Biggs, as we was a fugitive.
I do love some Sex Pistols.
I am going to close with a Sex Pistols Bonus where the title sums up what I was thinking earlier...
Bonus The Fucking Rotter
Which was your favourite Sex Pistols tune or was it one of the many others that could have been chosen?
Note: The 4 YouTube videos that I have shared are not owned by me, I am simply spreading great music on Hive.
I wish that you all have a brilliant happy fun and terrific Tuesday until we meet again enjoy your tunes πΆπ΅πΆ
Thanks for visiting!
