Hello Hive friends!
Being a fan of an idol is quite fun. Things that look simple will feel special when our idols do them. Maybe not everyone feels that way, but I feel that simple things become special when the person doing them is someone I admire like an idol.
I really like one of the Kpop idol groups which is quite famous, their name is iKON, one of the groups from the big agency YG Entertainment. At first I didn't really like any idol group, for me if the song was good to listen to, that was enough. But it's different from the iKON group. I got to know them when they attended the 2018 Asean Games, which were celebrated in my country, Indonesia at that time.
At first I just followed the event, from the opening, speeches and performances of all the talent there. And one thing that struck me was a song. This song was very pleasant to listen to and even made me addicted to playing it over and over again, until finally I looked for the singer of the song and I found them, they are an idol group from South Korea called iKON.
Starting from one song, I started listening to the entire album. Who would have thought, almost all of the songs were pleasant to listen to and made me one of their fans. This group of 7 people is chaired by BI as the leader and composer of the song which made me fall in love when I heard it.
After a while the group held a concert in Indonesia, but I couldn't get tickets because there were so many people interested. I gave up, but I still came to the concert location just to feel the euphoria that occurred there. And yes, it turns out there were lots of fans who came even though they didn't get tickets, just like me.
My best friend and I mingled and took several photos with the group photo background of the idol. I like BI and also one of its members named Yoyo. I was very happy even though I couldn't see it directly, I just sang together with the fans who were outside the concert hall. We sang the same song that came from inside the concert hall. It's very fun and this is a good experience for me. I did that until the concert time was over, not only me but all the fans outside the concert hall did it, as if we were at the same concert.
After 2 hours had passed, I was ready to go home. Before going home I tried to stay for a while hoping to run into them when they were also returning to the hotel. But to no avail, I only saw a few cars which were very tightly guarded. After everything passed I decided to go home.
Sometimes we go through random things like this, as time goes by we feel this is a unique and impressive experience.
