How has minimalism improved the overall quality of your life and well-being and why would you encourage everyone to embark on a minimalist journey?
Minimalism = Minimalism
The term minimalism is generally the tendency to reduce to the essentials and strip away excess elements. The phrase that resonates the minimalist philosophy is the famous "less is more" attributed to the modern architect Mies Van der Rohe Source
According to this term I am not really a person with minimalist life, on the contrary I have my living and resting space full of many elements, first of all I live in my parents' house and the only thing I could consider my space is my bedroom and sometimes it is my workshop, I work in the field of crafts, dance and scenic, therefore here I have all the material I need.
However I have always wished to have much less elements than I have and every time I make arrangements of my room I end up voting, giving things away or taking them to the attic, really my desire is to have my own home in a simple and cozy space with only the necessary elements to live, so very minimalist!

I feel that not having so many elements inside a place positively impacts our psyche, minimalist environments generate tranquility and greater possibility to see things, avoids the overload of energy and distractions, attracts good vibes and gives us focus and security to accomplish objects, and that is why I recommend it 100%, this I comment with reason and cause in view that in some occasions I have lived in spaces like this and they really are a balm for the soul.

At a personal habit level with the passage of time I think my minimalist spirit has awakened, I have become simpler in the way I dress, sometimes abstract and sober wearing very little ostentation, I wear long dresses, leggings with blouses of porous fabrics, flat shoes or sneakers, I do not wear makeup often except in some eventuality, I rarely comb my hair trying to take the natural, I enjoy ecstatic natural space considering it minimalist par excellence "there is nothing left or missing there".
