Creating memories can be really refreshing, especially good memories but then, when it comes to keeping those memories we start getting a little bit selfish about them. In our world today, one of the main ways we save memories is through photos and videos because it's just nice to be able to remember some beautiful memories and you get the chance to view it, isn't it? Yeah, it is. Photography is something that we just find ourselves doing most times even when we might not be great fans of it.

Getting a chance to meet someone special after a long time is one of the easiest ways for us to get in the mood of making and keeping memories either through photos or videos and even gifs. But the thing is, at some point when we go through these memories (photos) we get to realize that we don't really need all of them with us but then we know how much we have said to ourselves that all of the photos would be useful. So there are various ways I do try to avoid hoarding some of these photos and videos which I'd be discussing in this blog.
Every year I get a notification from Facebook informing me of some memories I've saved with it. I get the opportunity to recall some beautiful memories from a very long time ago thanks to Facebook and this was one of the best ways I avoided hoarding some things on my phone until another better way came. I have been on hive for over a year now and for these months that I've been here, I've shared a lot of memories with the hive world and whenever I need to recall some of these things, I just go and look through them and if it's a photo I can easily download them (it's harder to download a video though) and this has helped me confidently delete a lot of photos from my device to create space for more memories to be made.
Just a random photo of this blogger 😌, trying to save a memory, hehe
Whenever I get the chance to create a new memory, all I do is take a photo of the whole thing and if possible make a video about it and then share it here on hive with a suitable community and that way I can feel free to delete it from my device if need be and I won't also be scared of losing them because I know it's saved on the hive blockchain. A lot of times when people go through my phone, they will feel like I don't save things enough, little do they know that I have a place where I save most of my memories and it's all thanks to Hive. The part that I love about saving my memories on hive is that I can easily download them (photos) back to my device any time I choose to.
Memories are made on a daily basis and they make the most for a blogger. Being able to own a blog has been the best thing that has happened to me so far and I'm using this opportunity to keep creating beautiful memories and also save them. So dear friends, don't be worried about how you can save your memories, all you have to do is join the hive blockchain and share your originality with us and start creating your own memories that you can always refer back to anytime any day. And if you are already part of the hive blockchain, good for you then, keep creating memories and keep sharing it in your blog with everyone here and avoid hoarding so much stuff.
That's how far is love to go on this discussion, I do look forward to having your contributions, thoughts and comments. And please do not forget to reblog if you find this worthy of reading.
Until next time, stay AWESOME!!!
