A regular routine begins with a simple time. A simple time requires a real space. And a powerful habit starts with a simple mindset.
No one in the world is unoccupied. Whether we like it or not, we tend to experience a lot of strains and tasks every single day.
In reality, we are all busy, and every so often we lack space that would make us productive with our daily activities.
A whale of time is useless when not unlocked.
”How I wish I am a bot that works 24/7.”
This may be a simple wish but it is very unrealistic. Even if my wish is granted, if I do not know how to unlock time, it would always be useless.
A whale of time does not tantamount productivity. Perhaps a whale of time is useless when not unlocked.
In fact, busy is just a word when anyone knows how to create space through a simple practical habit, and that creating space daily goes with the power of unlocking time.
Personally, I unlock time by means of creating a daily time management with healthy habits, so I could balance things out.
Starting day with a plan.
Morning is the best time to take control of my routines for the day. The moment I wake up, I always have in mind what are the things that I need to do at work and at home so I could maximize everything without missing an exceptional task.
I am having my mini personal journal, so I could take it in my bag wherever I go. It contains details in a tabular form such as date, activity, start time, end time, remarks as I also make a to-do list. The remarks ensure a task of either in progress or already done.
Managing screen time.
Screen time takes a lot of hours when not managed well, most especially during work day off. Watching television, spending hours in social media, and all sorts of phone scrolling are like thieves, that could rob spaces at any time.
I admit there were many days in my life back then in which I have spent more hours for screen time. After a long day, I felt so tired and restless while becoming unproductive. I got dry, very tired eyes, and even caused a hard time for me to sleep. But, I have learned my lessons, instead, I made a move to have a simple technique that would permit me to have a screen time for specific hours, if and only if I have already done a worthy task.
Arranging a power nap time.
No matter how very busy my day would be at my work, during break times, especially lunch time, I do a power nap time. This is a way to relax my mind even for while, so it could focus more. I firmly believe that it would help me produce more power and remain alert for the rest of the working time for the day. Whenever I would have a nap, even for just ten minutes, I felt so refreshed and reenergized based on personal experience, and I always call it as a power nap.
Making leisure time worthwhile.
After work is my leisure time wherein I usually do things like taking a walk, breathing fresh air in an amazing nature, engaging outside the field, playing games, cooking, reading books, making a blog or content, giving time for my family, and meditation. It is my special time for fun and relaxing activity as I make it worthwhile through utilizing my skills and passion in life.
I often divide my time for the real world and the virtual world. Since I have been active in Hive, it is during my leisure time that I usually express my thoughts through writing blogs and contents. And it had really helped myself to heal an emotional breakdowns caused by a deep trauma through the power of writing, wherein I was able to be creative, reflective, and expressive as I write from the heart.
Ending each day with a grateful heart.
Finally, ending each day with a grateful heart is what I cultivate every time as I continuously reflect on matters that carry gratitude with a positive thought. No matter how bad or good my day was, I truly never forget to focus on the precious moments of life, wherein I learned my best lessons through the worst and enjoyed life to the fullest. Every day, I always give time to contemplate on everything that I am in awe as it also heals my mind and soul, making a good sound of sleep.
A golden time becomes worthy when it is unlocked with the ability to fit all in. Unlocking time is power and a great power only comes to anyone who always believes on the power of habit, and that it would always begin with a simple mindset and a regular routine through spaces. Perhaps self-discipline and consistency are keys to a productive day.
