One of my main mindfulness practices is getting outside for a walk. This is a street at the back of my house that leads to the University Sports Ground and a strange liminal avenue and field, always full of rabbits, that leads down to a pond. I love seeing the changes through the year and picking cherries and blackberries in the autumn.
