Hello photography lovers!
Today I would like to present my firsts shots using d850, and a recommendation to read the Instruction manual of everything you purchase 😅.
Two friends and I went to Guanimar, a small village of fishermen on the south coast, about 85km from Havana.
I'm a long exposure technique super fan, and when I set my ND filter on my camera, the tripod and was ready to shoot, I realize that a professional camera like the D850 doesn't work with the standard Nikon's IR remote trigger, luckily this was a very quiet scene, but I learned my lesson.
This is an old pier and I called "Path to success" the series of two images.
The title represents how difficult is to achieve a goal, but we have to be persistent and passionated.
And at the final image...that´s me, looking for others scenes to frame, in the background is the wrecked pier (My friend Francisco captured the moment). The can under my feet was successfully collected and disposed, in my defense I must say: I don't like Coca-Cola or similar flavored soft drinks like the one pictured.
