It's been a while since I had a morning workout, and I must admit, today's session was stellar. I love focusing on arms, so I decided to hit the gym at 8:30 this beautiful Thursday. Despite having indulged in a hearty meal the previous evening, I tackled strength training on an empty stomach.
Not sure how many Turks we have around here; the only one I'm familiar with is , but let me tell you, these folks know how to craft some incredible cuisine. I hadn't even tried the offerings of a fancy restaurant last night.
Around 9 PM, a couple of friends and I decided it was time to eat, and someone suggested the Turkish restaurant at the truck parking place. The place may not be top-notch, but goodness, that Turkish chef knows his way around the kitchen.
I can't recall the exact names of the dishes, but I opted for Adana Kebab—a delicious long, sausage-shaped steak made of lamb and beef, accompanied by vegetables and their traditional bread.
My friends went for a stew, and we received a generous salad. Top-notch food, and surprisingly not too high in calories, at least for what I indulged in.
The menu even had desserts, but since I've sworn off sugar (or so I think), our table was free of sugary temptations. The prices are quite reasonable too. I spent a bit over $10 on the Adana Kebab, and that even included the salad.
Comparatively, Romanian food is often pricier and, in some cases, falls short in quality. I also have some #wednesdaywalk photos to share in this post. I probably should have created a separate post for them, but I wasn't in the mood yesterday, so here they are.
The weather is still quite pleasant for this time of year, with temperatures hovering above 15 degrees Celsius and occasional rain. I captured these pictures during my walk a day after a rainy day, but yesterday was delightful, and today seems promising too. Therefore, I'll likely spend a few good hours outdoors while the weather permits.
Bitcoin is holding its ground, and alts will likely follow suit. Many are still close to 90% down from their all-time highs, and once BTC takes a breather, we might witness the first altcoin season of this bull market.
Yes, this is a bull market, no matter what the analysts are saying. There's no recession on the immediate horizon (it rarely comes when everyone expects it), and the SPX has yet to enter a bear market. Bitcoin's spot ETFs will likely get approval early next year, and the halving is less than half a year away.
Hold on to your bitcorn, don't sell it cheap, and savor every flavor of life. Have a fantastic Thursday, peeps!
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
