I have some macro shots that I'd like to share with the community of Photography Lovers. A huge jumping spider with the scientific name Hyllus diardi in Arachnology.
Hyllus diardi is also known as the heavy-jumping spider, and it, like most jumping spiders, does not spin webs. It hides behind leaves during the night and makes an active move to hunt prey during the day.
When compared to other jumping spiders in the family Salticidae, this one is quite large. It has a length that grows to about 1.5 cm; a golden yellow hairy body; but I've also seen some kinds of spider that are white; have a huge, movable pair of anterior median eyes with three pairs of small (secondary) immovable eyes.
