Hello, everyone! It's officially spring and weather has reflected it here in Belgrade as we are having beautiful sunny days. I'm determined more than ever to spend majority of spring and summer outside, hiking and walking in nature. Before that, let's see some photographs I captured few weeks ago on a rainy day.
It wasn't too cold so I didn't even bring umbrella - having one hand dealing with it, makes it that much harder for me to operate the camera. Who cares about getting a bit drenched, right. :)
My skills are definitely a bit rusty since I'm shooting less frequently. It takes me some time get the creative juices flowing. I was walking the main pedestrian street of Knez Mihailo and later headed to Branko's bridge. My favorite capture has to be one of the lady in the red bus - a condensation on the window together with three primary colors dominant in the photo brings it to the top for me.
I also had fun shooting through glass windows with rain droplets on it. People are coming in and in the background there are orange traffic lights against blue buildings and sky. Nice contrast of colors that work well together. I was experimenting with autofocus points and different depths on manual focus. The result is completely different depending on where the focus lands.
Even though there was no clear portfolio capture, it was still a fun day of shooting. Hope you enjoy! Photos taken with Fuji X-Pro2 + 35mm lens.
