Back into the woods we go. These last few weeks I really didn't feel like socializing and prefer to spend most of the time alone, either at home or exploring the less crowded places. November is a time for self reflection and slowing down, for activities that nurture the soul.
Just as the leaves change color and fall down, so we can take a different look at our past actions and thoughts that are troubling us. With a gentle approach, deep breathing and shining the new light on the negative patterns we can transform them and then release them from our subconscious. It's also good time to acknowledge everything good that happened to us and practice gratitude. In fact gratitude for both good and bad, each is there to help us grow.
Autumn is a symbol of things ending and preparation for the new cycle. It's a time for warm blankets, classic books and walks in the nature. Too often we run on auto-pilot, always chasing things instead of slowing down and reflecting on the time passed.
Mist adds something magical to the autumn forest, it shrouds it in a layer of mystery and suspense. Here's another set of photos I took on a recent morning walk. I hope you enjoy them. Soon these trees will be bare and leaves will cover the path. Reminding to us to move together with nature.
